Prayer is one of those mysterious but beautiful things that God has given us to see a glimpse of Heaven on Earth.  We are passionate about prayer.  All types of prayer!  Whether it is personal or corporate, the power of prayer is active in this church.  It is THE foundational Ministry of and to the Body.  Without prayer there is no connection to Christ as the head.  The Prayer Ministry at NDC may look different than most churches.  Yes, we have a network to pray for your needs.  God has answered many prayers because of the prayers that have gone out!  We also incorporate prayer into our lifestyle.  It is one of the ways in which we grow in relationship with God.  Prayer doesn't have to be something that we dread.  Just like having a conversation with your best friend we desire to stay in contact with God.  At NDC we are learning to do more listening than talking to or at God.  We have found that God isn't really concerned with the method of prayer that you have (although sometimes methods help).  He is concerned with the motivation.  Do you have a need?  Jesus says to ask!  Do you have a praise?  The Word tells us to make his praise Glorious and tell of God's wonders!  Do you need a friend to talk to daily?  You have a friend in Jesus and in New Destiny Church.  Do you need a healing touch?  God still answers prayers to heal.  

 

We invite you to share your prayers and praises with us.  Join us every Wednesday night at 6:30-7pm for corporate and individual prayer at NDC. We also have a pre-service prayer time 9;15-9:45 prior to our service each Sunday morning.  If you have a prayer need let us know and we will begin to prayer for you and your need.  God still answers prayers!

 

One of the ways that you can connect with our church is by joining us for one of our paryer times or participating on our Prayer Chain.  We know people are also gifted and called to be intercessors.  It is a ministry, a connection point with others and a way to serve.  Prayer changes things!
